Shipper called to confirm the correct carrier was picking up the load, he was a driver from Metro Xpress. We got the number of his dispatcher and he said that he got the load from All Access Worldwide Inc. Access Worldwide double brokered the load and then denied it. They later made a reply to our complaint that they are in compliance with the DOT, basically saying that double brokering is what he does and he's not stopping.
